hep is a rapidly growing company and offers its employees the opportunity to develop in line with their abilities and desires. I entered HR at hep two years ago and appreciate hep for being a reliable and fair employer.

- Sabita S., Human Resources

I started out at hep while studying at the same time, almost 10 years ago now. Despite growing into a globally active photovoltaics company, it still considers all the different needs of each of its employees to this day. In addition, I’ve found that my work-life balance has been great.

- Jonas S., Portfolio Manager

I started in office management at hep. After a short time I was offered the opportunity to change to an assistant position. As an employer, hep is close to its employees and discovers their potential and strengths. I have the opportunity to develop internally and grow with my challenges.

- Sabrina S., Sales Assistant

To replace fossil fuels and conventional sources of energy completely with renewable energy is going to be a challenging task for the future. However, by adding non-conventional energy to the electric grid and gradually increasing its contribution to power the world, we can realistically expect a future that is provided by hep energy which is powering complete green energy. That’s the reason why I’m happy to be part of the hep- team.

- Rajesh D., Operation & Maintenance

I am proud to say I am part of hep! It means a lot to me, not only I work with good people but also work together for our planet. People are treated with respect, it feels like a family here!

- Yu-Chen W., Project Manager

I'm fascinated by the work on global and varied solar projects at hep, which after implementation ultimately contribute to a greener and more sustainable energy supply. In addition, the excellent working atmosphere creates a feel-good atmosphere in which competence and know-how are not lacking.

- Andreas F., Engineering

For me, it’s particularly important to work in a team that’s international and cosmopolitan. I get to experience a different way of working in our office in Kobe. This, I believe, is the best foundation on which we can actively advance our Japanese projects.

- Hatice T., Head of Project Management Asia

Why a capital management company?

As the conception and management of a closed alternative investment fund (AIF) has to be controlled by a capital management company, we founded one especially for this purpose. hep has been active as a registered capital management company since 2015. On 24 January 2018, HEP Kapitalverwaltung AG was approved as an AIF capital management company in accordance with sections 20 and 22 of the German Capital Investment Code (KAGB). The capital management company acts as an investment company specialising in the field of solar investments and works with a wide variety of sales partners including savings banks, cooperative credit institutions, private banks, independent financial brokers and asset managers.
